GEMA group consists of 7 staff researchers plus several postdocs, PhD students and technicians from the Dept. of Mechanical, Energy and Materials Engineering at University of Extremadura’s  Industrial Engineering School. The group has a vast experience in the field of advanced ceramics processing, microstructural characterization, and mechanical behaviour characterization and modelling (including numerical simulation by finite element method (FEM).
